To be eligible to play at HVLL during the Spring Season, players must reside or attend school within our League’s boundary or:

Schools include, but may not be limited to Newland, Oka, Perry, and Smith Elementary, Kinetic Academy, and Dwyer and Talbert Middle Schools. If you reside outside our boundary, but attend a school within it, Little League requires that you submit a copy of the School Enrollment Form. PLEASE NOTE: School Enrollment Forms will only be accepted if signed by the Principal or Vice Principal.

According to the rules set forth by Little League International®, all players MUST provide proof of age and residency (or of school attendance) in order to be eligible for the draft and/or placement on a team. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy and this information must be verified each year and include the following:
- PROOF OF AGE
Original birth certificate (no photocopies) must be presented. In addition, according to Little League International rules, PASSPORTS ARE NOT an acceptable form of age verification.
- PROOF of RESIDENCY or completed School Enrollment Form
Residence shall be established and supported by documents dated or in force between February 1, 2024 and January 31, 2025. One item is required from each of the three groups listed below. There are no exceptions.
GROUP I
- Driver’s License (photo ID of parent(s) or guardian(s) with qualifying residence address)
- School records (home address of player’s parents or guardians)
- Vehicle records (i.e., registration, lease, etc.)
- Employment records
- Insurance documents (with residence address)
GROUP II
- Welfare/child care records
- Federal records (i.e., Federal Tax, Social Security, etc.)
- State records
- Local (municipal) records including a water bill
- Support payment records
- Homeowner or tenant records
- Military records
GROUP III
- Voter’s Registration
- Utility bills (i.e., - gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal)
- Financial records (loan, credit, investments, etc.)
- Medical records
- Internet, cable, or satellite television record
3. One (1) copy of the LL MEDICAL RELEASE FORM
