To be eligible to play at HVLL, players must reside or attend school within our league’s boundary. This information is verified each year. A series of verification days are held (usually one in November and December) prior to our Spring Season for parents to bring in documents regarding their player or players. All players MUST provide proof of residency or school attendance in order to be eligible for the draft and/or placement on a team. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. *Please note that residence documents are not required for Fall Ball, only for the Spring Season.
Schools located within HVLL's boundary include, but may not be limited to Newland, Oka, Perry, and Smith Elementary, Kinetic Academy, and Dwyer and Talbert Middle Schools. If you reside outside our boundary, but attend a school within it, Little League requires that submit a School Enrollment Form, which is located below.
